Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, and shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email hello@littlerobeclub.com and we'll sort it out.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it before your order ships, but not after.
