Our 30-day happiness guarantee

We want your dog to love their robe. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@littlerobeclub.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Wrong size

If the robe doesn't fit, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a different size or issue a refund. Items should be unused and unwashed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email hello@littlerobeclub.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days with next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns sent to the wrong address.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is free, so there are no shipping fees to deduct.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible, as orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
